Poor design by the manufacturer to have two trays for one large kennel instead of just one large tray. If the puppy straddle the two trays, then the urine goes in between them and onto the floor or carpeting of the room it’s in. They need to make some type of insert to fit between the trays, so the urine will trickle into one tray or the other and not go in between them. 😢

was sent the wrong product. called and was directed to send pics which i did. waited 48 hours and no answers. after a week i called back and the person i spoke with said she couldn't figure out the difference between what i ordered and what was delivered. thrn when i asked for them to replace the items with the correct ones , she instructed me to get a refund but she could promise that the right items would be delivered. All I can say about the entire experience is that if you're company doesn't know what it's selling /or how to correct an issue then i will buy from someone else. Which is what I did. I do not need to biz with your company especially with the lack of care from the staff.

The grooming arm I ordered arrived missing a knob which it cannot be used with the second knob. Emailed immediately and sent pictures. Was told they would send me the knob and have heard nothing but crickets. Very disappointing. Lost me as a customer

Terrible response time and handling of product help when came broken & haven’t refunded me.

I can not check out. I will just end up going way out to the chandler location. 😐
