Wrong item arrived, paid $100, will only refund $45. Horrible customer service, fights you, dont recommend. Other grooming supply companies work with you much more. I'll be buying elsewhere

My package was delivered almost a week after the delivery date, I had to set a delivery appointment and be there and I had a no call no-show on each delivery for four days straight. I opened up my package, which I also paid $300 for shipping for, and my package is damaged. It is a grooming tub and all of the panels are dented. Nothing has been done to accommodate my terrible experience as well!

I have not been able to login to the website since the website has been updated. I've tried several times, I've tried to change password, create a new login account, and I keep getting an error message.
