Inventory issues and no communication

I have placed two different order that listed my items as in stock only to have only my partial order ship because some of my items are actually out of stock. There is no communication from the company regarding it. I have tried twice to order a matching set of shears. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get things straightened out and it still isn’t. I just want my shears so I can groom my dog! This has been going on for almost a month. Beyond frustrated

I ordered online and scheduled

I ordered online and scheduled a pick up. I got no notice that you guys had it at the chandler store and not original location. I drove 60 minutes round trip so I could have dye by monday and when I showed up it wasnt there. So frustrating I wasted time and money and on top of that had to disappoint a client. Not happy.

Sent wrong item. Customer service

Sent wrong item. Customer service seemed irritated I asked for a discount to deal with the hassle of returning the item of the wrong order shipped. I'm out the wrong shears. I'm dealing with this at the busiest time of the year. I bought all my items from Ryan's to start my business 2 years ago. My faith in this company went down hill

Poor design by the manufacturer

Poor design by the manufacturer to have two trays for one large kennel instead of just one large tray. If the puppy straddle the two trays, then the urine goes in between them and onto the floor or carpeting of the room it’s in. They need to make some type of insert to fit between the trays, so the urine will trickle into one tray or the other and not go in between them. 😢
