i've been trying to facilitate a return for two weeks now and have had a very hard time reaching customer service or getting any answers abt my return for a product i need every day in order to work

The check out process is frustrating most of time. The discount doesn’t always apply correctly. I get errors but the system does not explain the reason why, therefore, I cannot fix. Sometimes it would not take our credit card for no reason. Sometimes it makes me choose shipping and pay shipping cost even when I order above the threshold and should be getting free shipping. Also, my order got lost one time and took a while for Ryan to send a replacement products. Only reason I continue to shop at Ryan is the competitive pricing,

My products were damaged during shipping. I still have not received the replacements. I have emailed customer service with no response, Two of shampoos in the partial shipment were crushed. I was told I was only getting one replaced. The second gallon that was crushed had a crack in the handle and now the shampoo is like jello. I can not use that on my dogs for fear that bacteria has grown in it.

Normally Ryans Pet Supply is flawess, however this time our package was marked as delivered but was never received. Hopefully the company rectifies this situation
