I have not been able to login to the website since the website has been updated. I've tried several times, I've tried to change password, create a new login account, and I keep getting an error message.

Items received had been opened and tampered with. Threw the items out in fear of intentional alterations, contamination. If I gave them my credit card info, they would resend the items. I will NEVER trust them with my Pets health.

Ryans is a great company to order grooming products and other doggie products from. I foster dogs for a couple of local rescues and provide basic grooming and care for them. I have ordered several things from Ryans and have been very pleased with the products and timely delivery.

I ordered two Groomer towel of 12(pk) total 24towels , but only two towels were delivered. I thought it was understandable, as mistakes can happen since it's a human-run operation. I called again, sent pictures via email, and received confirmation that they would resend the order. I waited a week, but again, only two towels were delivered. At this point, it's not just a mistake; there must be a problem with the company's system or employee training. I'm wasting my time again, calling and sending emails with pictures. The service and handling of this matter are truly terrible.
