Switching to a different supplier
I ordered this order the day 10 days ans 3 phone calls before someone knew what the heck happened to it. Multiple times I had someone promise on the other end that it would be delivered by that day and it never arrived. Meanwhile I was running lower and lower on product. Finally sent one of my employees to see what was available on the shelf at the showroom only to find out my order never shipped. Super frustrating but honestly not the first time I’ve had a ridiculous clueless experience at Ryan’s. I wish everyone knew exactly how to navigate Customer concerns when you call in and can give accurate information.
