Came apart during shipment good Luck getting replacement

This was exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately it did not work on arrival. I thought it was just that the light tube may have rattled around in shipping and therefore didn't work, as it arrived installed. I then tried another bulb and it worked for about 5 minutes and burnt out. I wrote to the company for return or exchange instructions 2 days ago but have not heard back. So sadly unimpressed. Buyer beware i guess.

The worst I've ever had from this place. My order was on hold by some fraud whatever bs dept for a week and no call or email as to why! The reason, because my bill and ship to were different, well no shit when you don't deliver to a PO Box, it's gonna be different! No call or other contact is the issue, morons. When I called I was told, you should have checked your account! Really? Get over it that's what customer service is for!! Long term customer gone

Your prices are great. My only complaint is 3 weeks for delivery is way to long. You should make note of that on your website. If I would of known it would be 3 weeks I would of purchased elsewhere. I understand things happen but you should provide more info on timeframe for delivery

I was a long time customer until this order. Order was held for a week by the fraud whatever dept no call no nothing! I call to see what happened and was told I should have checked my account, NO SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CALLED.... PERIOD
