Pet OverStock

I ordered 2 gallons of NovAqua which we've been using for many years. They had the best price online, although still expensive. Initially I only received 1 gallon, requiring me to call CS. They quickly fixed the issue and shipped me the 2nd gallon without a hassle. I would use again.

I Ordered two items and received one that I had ordered and one that I had not. I reached out to customer service and they promptly sent me the item that I had originally ordered and let me keep the wrong item at no cost. I'm bummed I had to wait to receive the item but I'm glad it was handled quickly.

Shipping took way too long. The product arrived in good condition. Customer service was responsive when I called about a discount.

I’m currently running this canister on a 10 gal. High tech planted aquarium. This product is perfect for nano aquariums (anything 20g or less). Keeps my water very clean, and is well worth the money. The water return is the perfect pressure for small aquariums, and the unit itself is very sturdy and quiet, but the elbos that hold the intake/outake tubes to the tank could be a little better designed. But other than that, it’s a great little filter and well worth the price!

Would give 5 stars but shipping suuucckks. Wishes these guys offered different shipping options.
