Pet OverStock

Got online looking for new lights for my aquarium and found them with pet overstock and with delivery was only a couple days which saved me time and money from ordering at the pet store. So far so good no issue with the lights from shipping.

I ordered 8 betta tanks that I used for as centerpieces for a baby shower and allowed the kids to take home. The fish looked great in the tanks, they were perfect sized and the square design was more modern. I purchased kits that included the tank with cover, gravel, a plant, betta water solution, and food. However the food was not sent. I had to go to the store to buy food for the fish separately. It wasn't a big issue but just an inconvenience since it advertised it was supposed to come with it. Also I had a problem placing my order. I placed the ordered and had the items sent to my mom's house since I live out-of-town. They cancelled my order due to "fraud" and I had to call and email customer service about it. No one notified me of the cancellation, I only found out because I called to find out when the items were to be shipped. It was a hassle but in the end I got what I paid for.

My order came quickly and items were competitively priced. Bolts and screws came oxidized, but did not effect the function. I would order from this site again.

Filter parts were as expected and arrived in good condition. Had to call and check on order as it seem to get lost in the computer. Happy with the service and would buy again

Brought several things from PetOverstock.com and prices are just great. However, I always feel the packaging materials from all my purchases there were somehow unprofessional. Reusing manufacturer's or other used box to repack give a very bad impression, feels like using second hand products. Perhaps, PetOverstock.com should invest its own packaging box with its own logo printed on the box, also with better protective materials inside (instead of brown wrapping paper). And, please do not re-use it to fulfill all orders, because that just feels cheap and unprofessional. No one like to receive used-condition package even if the products inside is brand new.
