They were more helpful. They allowed return on wrong product. I bought correct collar with a 15 percent discount. So far so good. Also fast free shipping with tracking is a plus. Thank you

Good replacement parts for flap replace, but alum. screws too short since your replacement flap is millimeters thicker than the flaps of 11 years ago: I will fix it on this end since a hardware store is a lot closer & cheaper than a return. Thanks!
