Customer service and communocation is not your companys strong point. A week after placing my order I still had not received any confirmation. Finally after contacting your company I was told the order had been shipped and delivered. I had never received it. . Turns out your company had sent me the information for someone else’s order number. Now 12 days later, I’m still waiting for the remainder of my order to arrive.
