Shipping took forever and the crate came in the wrong color

I told u several times I didn’t want I wan a refund so u tell me how to send it back

No customer service. Terrible, will not buy again.

Two weeks after ordering, no shipping or notice. Multiple emails and calls unanswered. Filed dispute with paypal and they finally shipped the item AFTER I got a refund from paypal. Still not one response from ANY of the emails I sent them. Steer clear of this seller.

First my order was forgotten, then no answer to the support email, when I asked about a return of the damaged item, so not very great. I dont think I will buy again here.
