It arrived broken, the truth is I'm very sad. I sent them a message on Instagram and they didn't answer me.

Too soon to tell, waiting for a reply.

Received wrong item and for over a week could not reach customer service. When I did they were not helpful. Still have not received my refund. Will never shop with them again!

Absolutely terrible company. If I could rate it zero stars I would. I was supposed to get my item in a few days (it was shipping from just 50 miles away) and I didn't receive it for weeks. No shipping notifications, no replies to my emails and no phone number. I ended up opening a dispute with my credit card company after I hadn't heard anything for three weeks and then they finally sent my item. Don't use this company, it's not worth it.

Pet Life will not respond. I ordered Two, but only received one. Box came badly damaged. Looked like it had been taped up multiple times. Had holes. Mycabob21@gmail.com
