Also besides the coat being to small, there customer service is horrible, no one answered me until over a week

The company,if it is truly a real business)I ordered from which was Pet Life scammed me out of my money. I did not receive my order and after leaving daily phone and email messages, I never heard from them. I believe this is a fraudulent business use to scam people out of their money.

Horrible. Never received product. Your website showed that it shipped. However it was later canceled for some reason because apparently Amazon logistics never received the product. I left numerous voicemails and emails and never received a response.
