I WILL NEVER order anything again from here. Called customer service for 2 weeks and can’t ever get thru. Also sent emails 4 to be exact and no response either. This place is HORRIBLE

The jacket I ordered cam damaged and it’s been over a month with no response

Zero customer service. Came damaged and I emailed and messaged on Instagram with no response . Very unhappy

Order in December 2023, still haven't recieved:(

Never received the item and was charged no refund. Terrible customer service. I would never order from the Pet Life website again!!
