Haven’t received my order!!! No Response from customer service!! I have tried to call, email, leave messages numerous times and no response of acknowledgement of my email. No update on my order but was billed right away upon ordering. My next step is to go to the BBB and dispute the charge on my card. Go check out other reviews about this business. They are definitely running a scam.

Terrible company. Never received product. Emails unanswered. Tried to call- put on eternal hold. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

No help when trying to exchange jerseys for a different size despite emailing, calling and using the "exchange" portal.

So far, awaiting response from customer service regarding product arriving missing "Best By" date. Not eligible for a return as it is a consumable, but original manufacturer suspects tampering to conceal expired product. I do not want to endanger my pets by using.

This was a horrible experience and I was very hopeful to find you. I spend a ton of money every month on dog products as I am a professional dog walker. There is one answer to an email a couple of weeks ago that said absolutely nothing. And I must have written a few emails. It took almost a month to receive with no reason for the delay. Because of course I got no customer service. I will never use you again and I will never recommend you. I guess it's back to chewy
