I wanted the Soft & Chewy because this is Holly's favorite but received the Crunchy Biscuits which I had to give away.

Still waiting on replacement item. Will leave better feedback once item is received……..

It took 15 days to arrive. PetLife did not contact me during the wait even though I made contact with them asking when it would be shipped.
