Maybe we have been spoiled by Amazon shipping in a day, but you should be more clear how long shipping will be. It shouldn’t take two weeks to ship from New Jersey to Brooklyn, NY, and it was too late to save my fish.

Worst company ever to deal with..do not respond.when contacted..tried phone numerous times on hold for 13 mins exactly each time..then disconnected..will never ever order from this company again..honestly thought ot was a scam..I have yet to receive my order..maybe ot is a scam

Not Happy That I could Not Reah Them by Phone. Delivery took longer than I expected, since their store's closeness to my delivery address.
