Took a long, long while to get here.

I only got half of what I ordered as they were back ordered to take advantage of the free shipping so they credited my credit card and did not charge for the shipping. I’ll see what happens when I reorder.

Receipt of shipment took much longer than expected. I had to purchase more suet via long distance drive to give our wild birds proper nutrition during the coldest days.

See review already sent. You make good products, just don't support them well

It was exactly what I expected. Big enough for my guinea pig. Except for when it arrived I pulled it out of the box and it was already cracked. The blue wheel part was already damaged. Good product bad shipping and handling! So that's why I gave it 2 stars.
