Poor customer service to response time is horrible and they don’t respond quick enough with issues regarding their merchandise. I will never shop at this site again unless we can resolve the issues. I’m having now with this.

Not good. Emailed to let them know about problem…no response.

Did not receive responses from each email sent asking for etas.

I just wrote it.

It took so long to get delivered. Only comments back were that it has been shipped never why delayed. Will try my reliable company first before ordering here again. People on phone were nice.
