Shopping online was a breeze. My only worry was the condition on the frozen raw food upon delivery since I live in Zone 9 and it is already hot. It did arrive completely thawed but I called as soon as I opened the box and Amber was an absolute angel. She sent my whole order again with the request of more ice and when it arrived everything was still frozen. Absolutely the best customer service and my fur babies love the food!!!
