I placed my order for extra small dogs and when it arrived it was completely thawed - I live in south Texas and it’s already quite warm. I called and spoke with Amber and another box was sent out the same day with the request of maybe more dry ice. When it arrived, dry ice was gone but packages were still frozen enough that I was happy and promptly put in the freezer. My fur babies love the food!!!

Excellent ingredients and dogs love all of the selections. I love the clean and worry free sourcing
