Walk into the store and very clean environment. I was greeted when I first walk in and they help me out looking for dog toys for my dog. Highly recommend this place.

The price is a little higher than I would like but good variety.

Shipping slow and costly

I been an online customer for the last few years, one day I got an email my autoship orders were suddenly canceled. Few days later the Facebook page said they went bankrupt. It's easy to find nutrisource products but hard to find the canned cat food, natural Pawz was the only place that shipped online now its done. So I'm sad about that. If I knew my last order was going to be my last order I would of ordered more.

Overall a great experience, but the buy on line, pick up in store needs a bit of work. On a few occasions I’ve received a call from the store saying they don’t have the food and haven’t had the food yet the online system says they have it.
