Coupons confusing and BOGO for buying dry food and getting a bag of treats was only for the SMALL 6lb bag. I bought a 34lb bag and think I should have at least been given one bag of treats if not THREE. Same day delivery was UBER which was a surprise and made us feel like we needed to tip. Good idea, just would have liked to know in advance. Plus the text from UBER driver didn't say anything about Natural Pawz so I thought it was SPAM.

Slow delivery. Good price. Will probably order again.

In store customer service is great, online shipping quick. Problems with rewards program. My rewards certificates don’t always show up in my email, yet all their ads do… not all purchases get credited in my account towards awards.
