TBH, it depends on the location and who is working. The teenagers/younger adults are what you would expect. The "adult" adults are always very polite, professional, helpful, and patient with any questions. Overall, the vision of NP is worth the two or three underwhelming interactions a year.

The delivery was delayed and I had to email customer service to find out about the delay. Customers service can be improved by having better communication with regards to delivery. Good thing is that the packages (in 2 separate shipment arrived well packed & properly delivered. All in all, an okay experience but could use some improvement.
