Great love the new store

Excellent service. Very quick shipping.

Ordering was fine the only issue that I had was my account said it was still possessing a day later but when I called the store the order had been ready for pick up at about 8am that morning

Usually a great experience but when I ordered after the website redesign, my order stayed at “processing” and never switched to indicate it’s ready for pickup. After waiting almost a week I contacted customer service and they told me sometimes that happens but it’s ready for pickup. Not great that it’s a known issue. Especially since this was after the website redesign. Please fix the bugs in your website before it goes live to customers.
