This was my first time ordering with mr pets. Prices were reasonable. I did an online order for curb side pickup. When I got there, the sales clerk didn’t know they offered curb side pick up so she put the bags of dog food outside their store door for me to pick up. I waited inside my vehicle for her for a while then I realized later she had put my order outside their door.

Pretty weak help. I hd to find my order on the shelf when I came to pick it up. The staff did t have a clue where it was or what they were looking for.

I have not received my order yet. Said delivery was Dec 02. Now Dec 05. Your 20% coupon is useless to me as I am still waiting for my current outstanding order and your coupons expires Dec 24, 2021. The box I am waiting will last around 6.
