This is my second attempt to write review. I had problems with dimensions of the box. I have a special litter area built into the downstairs with more rectangular boxes and added this to an upstairs cat area with stairs and other features and box too short and some defication outside … Very unusual. Disappointing

8 week shipping time to California.

I am extremely disappointed with Michu Pet. I still have not received my cat tree or cat grass grow kit, even though I paid for both items. Customer service promised to send replacements on October 18 or 19, but I have received no further emails, shipping confirmation, or tracking information. Why are you asking customers to leave reviews for products they have never received? Instead of sending review requests, you should focus on delivering the products customers have already paid for. The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. I am still waiting for my items or a full refund. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing shopping experience.

Shipping took forever!!! Unacceptable.

It didn’t come with directions. Have no idea if I did it right. Tried to check out their site, still no directions. Still no plant grown. Feel like I was cheated out of my money. :(
