No instructions I have no idea what to do with it!!

Horrible experience with customer service. I recently discovered your website and loved all of your products. However, the disappointment came when I realized that the litter boxes were too large for the space I intended. Customer service was not helpful. My options were to pay half of what I paid for these items to ship back. No store credit. So I decided to keep them and give them away as a gift. After this experience I will not be shopping with this store as its return policy is unrealistic. If something arrived broken during travel I would still have to pay almost $80 for shipping? It’s not a risk I’m willing to take. It’s unfortunate as I did love some of your items. I will not be recommending you to my friends, family or audience.
