Need to make a more distinct difference in product labeling sorting on site for shampoo vs conditioner second time I’ve ended up with the wrong item that looked correct until it was opened and not able to be returned now. .

Shipping cost is extremely high. It took 2 weeks to come and the cost for that ground shipping is too high.
