The product is amazing. Smells and lathers up good. The only downside is that I bought a gallon size portion and the jug came only three quarters the way full. If I'm going to be spending this amount of money for a gallon of product, I expect there to be a gallon of product.

Sad that the bottle broke but smells good

It’s obvious that the company is under new management. I had a missing item in my order, which was remedied quickly, but things are different at the new igroom. I hope they keep trying to improve because I love many of their products even though they cost much more than other brands. I wish they offered a smaller perfume size. As a mobile and Housecall groomer, the current size is just too big to carry around.
