Not impressed. Still haven’t received t received my order yet.

I have my subscription on recurring and still haven’t received my shipment. I’ve emailed and haven’t heard back.

Trust in any business is important let alone when it's related to beloved family pets. Information on site is incorrect, customer service repeatedly provided false information, I will not be buying again nor will those that referred me after this experience.

I ordered some CBD chews five my dog for boarding. I ordered them ages ago and they still haven’t arrived. Doesn’t look like they will arrive in time

No communication when order was delayed. I shouldn’t have to reach out to customer service to figure out where my order is. They should’ve sent an email right away if there was an issue. Will not be recommending just for that reason. It’s too soon to know if the product is actually helping. It’s only been a couple days & no change.
