No communication when order was delayed. I shouldn’t have to reach out to customer service to figure out where my order is. They should’ve sent an email right away if there was an issue. Will not be recommending just for that reason. It’s too soon to know if the product is actually helping. It’s only been a couple days & no change.

Last order never received

Impossible to order online, Kept rejecting every debit and credit card I presented. Many client reps stepped in to help which I appreciated, but it took 3 to them trying to get the order through. Just don't have that much time to devote to placing an order. Looking for another supplier.

Dog had ER visit . Vets said she ingested thc after using a new bottle . Never use again

I ordered one of the stronger oil droppers for my dog who is around 25 lbs- perhaps less. I KNOW CBD oil and have used infused treats (not from this company) before and seen great results. I am almost COMPLETELY certain that the bottle I received was mostly if not ENTIRELY olive oil. I even tasted it myself to see and sure enough I couldn’t even taste the earthy/ nutty tones- only OLIVE OIL. I neither know nor care if this was due to a quality issue or crooked business but I will NOT be buying or recommending this company to any other pet owners.
