Great product. It definitely helped my senior English Mastiff with arthritic pain. However, delivery is not up to par. Tracking through the site says my package was delivered 10/30 at 4:05pm. Tracking directly from the firstmile site says delivered 10/30 at 12:05pm. In any event, I never received the package even though firstmile uploaded a photo of the package being put in my mailbox. I'll order from a vendor who uses UPS, preferably.

I love holistapet but your new delivery service sucks. They delivered my dogs cbd cookies to the wrong address two times. Never happened before.

Waited weeks for a shipment that didn’t go out at least twice. Not sure what’s going on at Holistapet but I’m skeptical about shopping here now - even if my dog loves their chews!

Not impressed. Still haven’t received t received my order yet.

I have my subscription on recurring and still haven’t received my shipment. I’ve emailed and haven’t heard back.
