Took ten days to arrive

You advertise BOGO site wise and when I enter a main product on your site, add the code (BF2025) you tell me item is not valid for the offer. False advertising

Great product. It definitely helped my senior English Mastiff with arthritic pain. However, delivery is not up to par. Tracking through the site says my package was delivered 10/30 at 4:05pm. Tracking directly from the firstmile site says delivered 10/30 at 12:05pm. In any event, I never received the package even though firstmile uploaded a photo of the package being put in my mailbox. I'll order from a vendor who uses UPS, preferably.

I love holistapet but your new delivery service sucks. They delivered my dogs cbd cookies to the wrong address two times. Never happened before.
