Your support personnel did a great job, however, the delivery with two scans, implied two packages creating confusion and a missing report to FedEx. Additionally, one of the manure trays has a missing chip about 4.75" off the side (packed that way?). The broken piece is not in the box. Otherwise, I like the concept and simplicity of the assembly.

Quick to ship, SLOW to refund a return.

Quick to ship, but horrible on returns. Returned a product and according to tracking it was delivered on 1/25 to your dock. Called on 28th and was told you hadn’t received it cause it was at UPS facility.

Poorly Made Read before you buy

Bought the 22” unlike the 15” does not have dividers so it one large cage with 3 doors. They sell the dividers for $130 more for the 22” but there free with the 15” does not make any sense. Plus a lot of parts are molded poorly they sent one replacement but there all bad useable but it’s new it should not be like this new. The bottom pieces the tabs are all snapped off so they won’t stay together they said the cut them like this because they were to big and would not snap in. So the know of poor quality and fitting issues but they keep sell it. I would of been ok at this point if they sent dividers since it’s already put together but they want more monies for this cheap plastic cage. It’s a good idea but poorly made and no dividers.

Bad customer service

I ordered a brooder in March. It’s June 13th. No brooder. Unfriendly staff to try to communicate with. Will not recommend buying from this company after the customer service.
