Why is this item back ordered until end of June??

I was disappointed the return shipping process was more of a hassle then it needed to be. I was told i would be sending it back via fedex and it was actually ups. Which made the process drawn out longer then it needed to be. Overall the person i talked tried as best as the could. Kudos. But communication on the return shipping method is confusing and misleading. Pick one and stick with only one please.

Product design has flaws;to amend them, I needed to spend more money. Not happy at all.

Concept is great, nice and polite customer service. Too many issues putting it together, top doesn’t snap in on all 4 sides, nor the tiers. Water container was busted, (no packaging material), I had to rig a 5 gallon bucket for the water. It looks like I bought it used and put it back together. Sorry but, I won’t buy another, nor recommend it.

I made an order on Sunday and I still have not received tracking information even though it was shipped on Monday
