Hatching Time

I wish I was able to speak to someone in person but it’s probably understandable that people are probably working from home because of the pandemic.

I bought a 3 layer brooder from you 2 months ago. While the product is good, the instructions were absolutely horrible. All pictures and no word to explain anything. I was able to put it together and my pheasant chicks are doing great. Needed grow out pens so I ordered those and some extra manure trays. The only other complaint I had was the entire package smelled like cigarette smoke, I washed it all and the smell was gone. Watering system is awesome, heaters work great and food trays are plenty large enough. Not to mention easy to clean.

I love these cages. Had a tiny hiccup with not enough fasteners. That was quickly remedied. Thank you!! This is our second set. Hopefully will be ordering more soon!

Good product

The packaging needs some help. there has been broken part, and extra parts in the package. Customer service is freindly but you seems diconected. She always want a picture of the box. I cut up the box for trash as I unplack it. I like the product so I have ordered several items.
