Hatching Time

I love these cages. Had a tiny hiccup with not enough fasteners. That was quickly remedied. Thank you!! This is our second set. Hopefully will be ordering more soon!

Good product

The packaging needs some help. there has been broken part, and extra parts in the package. Customer service is freindly but you seems diconected. She always want a picture of the box. I cut up the box for trash as I unplack it. I like the product so I have ordered several items.

So far I have only put together the brutal. Pretty hard to assemble the color coding on the pictures is different and the actual colors, no explanation at all. Trying to put in feeder and water after it’s assembled is ridiculously hard. You could take some advice from IKEA

I suggest adding some pics of each unit with the appropriate birds in them to help the customer visualize it. It's hard to mentally envision how the units compare to the more traditional metal ones since they are so different. Also, I'm raising Button Quail and Finches together in traditional flight cages. I collect their eggs to sell for snake food. I would love to utilize that roll out tray! I'm wondering if the parts are interchangeable between the units? The bottom grid needs to be tight, I'm assuming the one used for grow-outs. The height for finches is traditionally 18", but I think the chicken unit would be tall enough, at least I'd be willing to try it. The last thing I would need is to be able to open the three units in the layer to each other. I saw a that a Youtuber did it for his chickens by simply cutting an opening, but maybe you have a piece already for this? I haven't ordered the units yet myself, but they really look promising. The biggest sell point to me is being able to hose them off and not worry about rust.
