Hatching Time

Customer service is fantastic! Love dealing with hatching time. The two stack 15" brooder is amazing!

So far I love how they look I just got the replacement parts tonight so I will finish putting it together tomorrow I can not wait to get the bird's moved and seperated by colors. i love how easy it was for me to put together so far. I have to do the water thing's tomorrow and then put them all together. i will give you a better review in a month after I have had the chance to use them. the customer service rocks!!!!!

The order shipped with amazing speed. I think the product is well designed and relatively easy to assemble. A piece broke while I was assembling the cage I called Customer Service and I had a replacement part on my doorstep the next day.

I don't know about your products yet. UPS delivered my shipment to the wrong address. But getting nothing but the runaround from UPS.
