I don't know about your products yet. UPS delivered my shipment to the wrong address. But getting nothing but the runaround from UPS.

Great customer service, and I love my chick brooder! So far my chicks haven't complained! My only complaint is when assembling. It would of been much smoother if each panel was labeled, Instead of matching by arrows.
