Halo Pets

I ordered the original flat round vegan dog biscuits. Halo sent me the new round solid, hard treats. My dogs are old and cannot eat these.

from the pkg view compared to reality, I was very disappointed but gave Halo a chance She ate about 5 bites even though I added a little broth and bites of roast beef. She only weighs 8#. So I tried again the next day and she sniffed at it and hasn't touched it since. So, No More.

I had called because I forgot to use offer code and wanted to reorder or ask how to do. Never got a call back

I already rated this 1 star after my cats got sick and your response was too send more. Makes zero sense.
