Halo Pets

I loved feeding Halo but it’s been two weeks and I STILL haven’t received my dog’s food I ordered (and paid for!).

I was ordering 1 bag of the beef pellets and do subscribe. Then I ordered another to get free shipping and it wouldn’t let me.

I did not receive notification of subscription shipment before it shipped, so could not change the date or add a discount code. Therefore, I have cancelled all subscriptions. USPS returns are time consuming. Customer service is good, but online changes are challenging.

I had a problem and was treated poorly. I am not happy and might now cancel my dogs subscription’. I’ll find a different product. Never had a problem with the previous owner.

I sent a message by computer asking that my order be held, that is, Not Sent last time and it was sent anyway. I do not want any more of the fish flavor. On dog likes it and the other won't touch it. I will try making the request by phone next time.
