Halo Pets

Issue with order delivery. Had to call customer service twice and also was told to call fed ex by halo customer service. I was surprised that customer service did not deal with my issue on the first call and send out a new order. I obviously know that is not Halo fault for a lost package, but needing to call more then once and not offered some kind of discount on my next order was disappointing. I have ordered from you several times and have bought the dog food on Amazon 75 times. I started ordering from the company directly due to price is a little bit lower.

ordered beef product 2 bags were cut or sliced open about 1/4 inch. opened box and some of the beef topper had spilled out of packets. sent an email about this and haven't heard back. other than that, I love your toppers

The raw, dehydrated solid food has always been great with TruDog. Since you don’t seem to offer supplements like Complete Me or Calm Me or Free Me, I’m disappointed. I now purchase the vitamins and other supplements from Chewy.
