Points and Coupons
I'm severely disappointed when placing my last online order where I was refused the ability to use my earned points along with a coupon code. Earned points are accumulated rewards for spending large amounts of hard-earned cash on Halo pet foods and should not be considered a coupon. Earned points should be treated as cash/credit. Halo has the online ordering system "set up" where the coupon window will either accept one coupon, or points, per order thereby restricting the ability to also use points (rewards). I think this online ordering restriction is a disservice to loyal, repeat, customers which have been here way back before Halo, when TruDog was a USA only sourced, human grade, dog food company. Why offer points if you're not allowed to use them? Oh, it's because you have a coupon. So what? As I said before, points are not a coupon. TruDog never considered points to be a coupon. So, my last experience with ordering was a frustrating one and a two star review I feel is being generous as long as Halo continues this online practice.
