Ups dropped the ball ..took longer than should have ..shipping is a little bit to much for light weight product...25 for 3-5 business days ..should be like 25...for two day..other than that

Was not aware that I was purchasing a 2 gate package when I only needed one; also unaware that there were smaller sizes.— did not néed 71 “ Can the second gate be returned and credited? Otherwise like the gate very much.

Shipping was great, on time. Customer service email response took over 3 days. Door should have the plexiglass inserts included, not optional. Return is possible, but apparently not cost effective from USA. Looks like the company is in Australia. That being said, shipping was fast, coming from AU. I love the construction, quality of the Pet Door, I'll be using it in my window for my cat; when I find some plexiglass to fit. Overall great product. S. K. from Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
