Easy to order. Only issue was that The order was accidentally delivered 2 houses down the street. Luckily my neighbor was kind enough to bring it to me, otherwise I may not have gotten it.

The flap on the door fell off, and I have tried to reattach it, but it keeps falling off every time my dogs go through it.

Its ok. Not great. Doesn't fit in my slider track securely. Sits diagonal, which does keeps it from falling. It is definitely extremely drafty and not for year round use. It allows a lot of cold air in, if it's cold and windy outside. It was cheap enough though, so for the price it does it's purpose I suppose.

Really hard to get a hold of anybody to talk to backed up for days on returns not my kind of store

No communication for damage product.
