Love the products but shipping needs improvement.

I’ve reached out a couple of times, luckily there is still some floof juice remaining in the bottle but I’ll have to get a new spray bottle that works to use it

Items didn't come as shown in the Hammy and Olivia video. We were expecting the cool packaging.

The scent to strong

One bottle’s pump was broken and the floof spray leaked in the box. I emailed about an exchange and received no response.
