I ordered the bath duo on 10/16. It’s 10/31 and it’s still in pre-shipment. Not a happy customer.

Too strong of a smell and the brush was losing bristles as we started to use for the 1st time!

I can smell the scent of the "floof juice" strongly when I'm standing or sitting. That's a sign I may have had 1 squirt too many. So I tried it again with only 1 squirt and came to this conclusion. I ended up bathing my pup once again to give him a clean slate. I'm not a fan of this product.

I am giving you 0 stars just based on the fact that you have no phone number for customer service and I have been communicating via email that it's been over a month and haven't received the product still after multiple times of reaching out

Would like a refund and return the product
