When I got my product the bottle was open slightly so everything inside was wet and I lost part of the bottle in transit—the package smelled great though! Really does work well!

Love the products but shipping needs improvement.

I’ve reached out a couple of times, luckily there is still some floof juice remaining in the bottle but I’ll have to get a new spray bottle that works to use it
