Shipped on time but the product was no good because of how it was packaged.

Shipping took awhile. My original order became out of stock after I ordered, which I wasn't notified of until reaching out. After switching orders to an in stock color, shipping also took a while as order got lost in translation for a bit. Customer service was always super prompt and helpful in resolving issues.

Packed too tightly so as to warp the structure of the bed and difficult to reshape.

the subscription system does not work properly. I spent a few days sending emails to customer service and finally got the discount code after almost a week.
