They got delivered to the wrong house had to wait extra time to get them

Shipping was decently fast but my dog destroyed the toy immediately. I send customer service an email and never heard back :/ Seemed like a great toy for separation anxiety but I’m pretty disappointed in the quality of rubber (not chew proof at all) and lack of response especially considering how expensive it was.
